Privacy policy

Last updated: 12 October 2026

Rezolve B.V. (Rezolve Medical), Anthony Fokkerweg 61, 1059 CP Amsterdam, the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce number 88758044, is responsible for the personal data you share with us through this website. This page explains which data that is, what we use it for, how long we keep it and what your rights are.

When you ask to try the Rise

We ask for your first name and phone number. If you fill them in, we also keep your town, your email address, when we can best call you and your answers about your current brace. We also record the wording you agreed to and when, and through which page or advertising campaign you reached the site.

We use this data to call you and plan a try-out with you.

A request about a drop foot brace says something about your health. That is why we only use your data with your explicit consent: the tick box in the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time, by emailing us or telling us on the phone.

Only if you agree to it on the phone do we pass your name and phone number to an orthotist, so they can make an appointment with you.

We keep your request for 12 months. After that we delete it from our database and from our mailbox.

When you email, call or message us, or use the contact form

We use your name, email address and message, and your phone number and organisation if you fill them in, to answer your question. We do so because you contacted us yourself (legitimate interest).

The contact form uses a security check from Cloudflare (Turnstile) to keep out spam.

If you send a WhatsApp message, it goes through WhatsApp, a Meta service. If you have allowed advertising cookies, the message contains a short code. It tells us which advertisement brought you here. You may remove that code.

We keep these messages for 12 months as well.

When you visit the website

Our hosting provider Vercel records technical data, such as your IP address and the page you request, to keep the site secure and working. These logs are deleted automatically after a short time.

We count per day how often visitors take a step on the site, for example opening a page or sending the form. This count uses no cookies and no IP address, and cannot be traced to a person.

We remember your language in a cookie and your cookie choice in your browser. These are needed for the site to work.

Cookies and measurement tools

We only use other cookies and measurement tools if you agree to them in the notice at the bottom of the site. You can choose:

  • Statistics: Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. These show us how visitors use the site. Clarity shows where visitors click and scroll. The text in our forms is hidden from it.
  • Advertising: Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and LinkedIn, plus our own cookie that remembers which advertisement brought you here. These show us whether a visit followed one of our advertisements.

These tools are loaded through Google Tag Manager. If you refuse everything, we load no script from Google, Meta, LinkedIn or Microsoft.

If you allow advertising cookies, advertising platforms see that you visited our site and which pages you viewed. We never send them your answers, name or phone number.

You can change your choice at any time through 'Cookie settings' at the bottom of every page.

Who else processes your data

For the website and for following up your request we use these service providers. They only process your data on our instructions:

  • Vercel: hosting the website
  • Supabase: our database, in Ireland
  • Resend: sending email from the website to us
  • Google Workspace: our mailbox
  • Cloudflare: the security check on the contact form

Some of these companies are based in the United States. If data goes there, this happens under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Within Rezolve, only the people who follow up your request or question can see your data. We do not sell your data.

Your rights

You may view your data and have it corrected or deleted. You can also ask us to limit its use, object to it, have it transferred and withdraw your consent. Withdrawing applies from that moment on.

To do so, email info@rezolvemedical.com. We reply within one month.

We do not make decisions about you that are taken by a computer alone.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
