These Terms of Service govern your use of the Rezolve Medical website (rezolvemedical.com) and the products offered by Rezolve B.V., a private company with limited liability registered in Amsterdam, the Netherlands (Anthony Fokkerweg 61, 1059 CP Amsterdam, CoC 88758044, VAT NL864766828B01).
Use of the website
You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, or otherwise exploit any content on this website without our prior written permission.
Medical disclaimer
The information on this website is for general informational purposes only and is not intended as medical advice. The Rise is a medical device made on a 3D scan of the leg, which must be prescribed and fitted by a qualified orthotist or healthcare professional. Always consult your physician before pursuing any orthotic treatment.
Try-outs
A try-out is a no-obligation introduction to the Rise. You walk on a demo model, in Amsterdam or at an orthotist we work with. It is free and commits you to nothing. A try-out is not a medical examination and not medical advice: whether the Rise suits you is for an orthotist to judge. The demo model was not made on your leg; your own Rise is made later on a 3D scan. During the try-out, follow the instructions of the person guiding you and report any discomfort or pain at once. To the extent the law allows, Rezolve B.V. is not liable for damage that results from not following those instructions.
Orders and delivery
Specific terms apply to product orders, fitting, and delivery and will be provided to you in writing before any order is confirmed.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, Rezolve B.V. is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
